      About Paladino's Italian Eatery

We’re bringing the unforgettable flavors and atmosphere of Chicago’s homemade Italian meals to cities across the Western U.S. It’s aiding our franchise growth.

At PALADINO’S ITALIAN EATERY, we’ve created a brand that celebrates the cuisine and food culture of one of the nation’s most dynamic cities. We love the way the windy city does Italian food. A taste of Chicago. And we’ve made it the center of our business model.

We grew up enjoying Chicago’s Italian comfort food. From classics like fettuccine, spaghetti, and lasagna to the undisputed champion of the Chicago food scene — the classic Italian beef sandwich. They offered wholesome, flavorful, blue-collar meals you couldn’t get anywhere else.

PALADINO’S Italian restaurant franchise is own a mission to change that. We’ve made it our passion to introduce dinners in Arizona and other western states to a taste of Chicago, with classic Italian food, homemade with the freshest ingredients and prepared fresh to order daily.

We’re serving up a taste of home in the heart of the West. And our guests can’t get enough. They’ve made us a destination known for quality classic Italian meals and helped the brand expand.

Now, we’re ready to spread the word. PALADINO’S has developed a franchise geared for growth. Our business model is centered around devotion to quality and insistence on the same homemade approach that helped make us a leading name in the Italian restaurant franchise industry.

Meet Rick the CEO and Family

      Paladino’s CEO Rick Slayton

PALADINO’S ITALIAN EATERY CEO Rick Slayton knows authentic Chicago Italian food from a lifetime of experience. Rick grew up in Chicago, and he shared his hometown’s tasty traditions and dedication to good comfort food prepared by hand and served in generous portions at a reasonable cost.

Rick carried that fondness for homemade classic Chicago Italian food into his adulthood. And when his father-in-law, Bob Paladino, moved to Arizona and opened a small Italian deli, Rick decided to pursue his dreams and make his love of great Italian cuisine the foundation of a new Italian restaurant franchise.

Rick joined the PALADINO’S brand and soon put his vision into action. The deli expanded into a full restaurant specializing in the kind of blue-collar Italian food Rick remembered from his Chicago childhood. Guests took notice, and before long, the brand had begun to grow.

Today, Rick is preparing to continue that expansion as we bring the PALADINO’S ITALIAN EATERY franchise to new markets and create lifelong loyal guests.
